Where extraordinary competence is needed

Our mouldings from RAU-SIK top off the REHAU silicone product range.

Manufacturing processes include compression moulding and injection moulding. Products can be delivered as solid or foamed versions.
RAU-SIK Mouldings  
RAU-SIK moulded parts are produced using various processes/technologies :
  • compression moulding
  • injection moulding
  • LSR injection moulding
  • from approx. 0.1 to 10,000 g
  • sizes from approx. 1 x 2 mm to 900 x 1800 mm
  • thickness ranges from approx. 0.3 to 50 mm
  • shore A hardness from 10 to 85 in solid mouldings
  • shore A hardness from 5 to 30 in foamed products
  • available in any colour required
