Stormwater can be put to good use by collecting it in an underground tank. Distributed by pump and a separate pipe system within the building, it can be used for watering the garden, flushing toilets, filling the washing or for cleaning. Stormwater tanks are available with a capacity of 1,800, 3,300 and 5,000 litres. Used this way, stormwater not only saves valuable drinking water but cuts bills too.
