accordance with our global quality principles and regulations. Our principles on quality apply to both our employees and our suppliers.

Key principles of our quality management system include comprehensive quality planning, the utilisation of preventive quality assurance methods, a Zero Fault programme, and provisions for customer-oriented processes. Specially accredited laboratories and continuous supervision ensure that these principles are upheld. In addition, we exceed standard requirements by conducting internal audits and commissioning voluntary tests by third parties to verify the quality of our products.

In the automotive market, we have raised the bar higher than the requirements of the standards. Our quality management staff is always on hand to support the project teams. An internal benchmarking system actively supports our continual improvement process. Equally, our Zero Fault programme ensures that everyone at REHAU has a part to play in perfecting our quality management systems, processes, and activities.
