Cowl Screens

As a visible part, the cowl screen ensures a designed transition from the windshield to the engine compartment.

The cowl screen performs several functions:

A seal between the windshield and engine compartment
A simple connection to the lower finisher (the junction feature with the windshield)
Air intake and conduit to the air and water separation
Drainage of washer fluid and rainwater via special drainage conduits

Preassembled with the washer nozzles, hoses, and or cabling, transforms it into a module that can be quickly and cost-effectively fitted on the assembly line.

REHAU offers cowl screens as a one or more material injection moulding from optimised in-house materials.
